Inverell FC are this year’s Premiers after a successful weekend winning both the Premier and Reserve grade divisions in their Grand Final games played at the complex over the weekend.
Both games were played in front of a bumper crowd as a result of the coinciding Joey’s Mini World Cup, with the Reserve grade team setting the bar with an edge of seat game which saw the match go into extra time against Oxley Vale Attunga, with 2 goals scored by Paul Kairi and Brian Easter, the reserves claiming victory 2 NIL.

This was followed by the 1st grade team looking to defend their semi final win when they squared up once again against Moore Park, the game locked at 1 ALL at half time.
However, the Inverell side managed to switch it up a gear to claim victory, winning the season 3-1.
