Inverell Girl Guides is set to receive a much-needed injection of funds which was announced yesterday with a visit from Northern Tablelands MP Brendan Moylan.
Mr Moylan was pleased to deliver the good news of a CBF grant amount to the tune of $25,549 which will go towards upgrading electrical wiring of the Girl Guides Hall as well as an air conditioning unit.
The announcement coincided with the Inverell Girl Guides Centenary Fete which takes place this Saturday 7th September.
Guides Leader and STA FM’s own Beth Hamilton couldn’t be happier with the receiving of funds.
