Operation Operating Room directors managed to catch up with staff from the Inverell Hospital and see the new, portable ultrasound in action.

This new piece of equipment was donated by the group to the hospital earlier this year, with community funds of around $80,000 raised from fundraising efforts for this versatile and much-needed piece of equipment

In the months since its purchase and arrival at the hospital, the portable ultrasound has been in constant use in the care of Inverell locals.

Operation Operating Room committee thanked the Inverell community for  their support in securing this life-saving piece of equipment, and for their ongoing support of our local healthcare facilities.
