Inverell Golf Ladies held their 4-ball-best-ball Sapphire Cup yesterday.
64 players including visitors from Maclean, Goondiwindi, Casino, Barraba and the New England took to the course, with Warialda pair Connie Mundkowski and Tania Doyle winners in a countback with Naomi Marshall from Inverell and Melissa Leadbetter from Goondiwindi. Each pair finished with 44 points.
Scratch winners were Amy Hobbs from Armidale and Jacqueline Bratti from Casino while runners-up were Inverell pair Sandy Cook and Lou Cathie.
