Community members considering a career in the NSW Police Force are encouraged to attend a Police expo being held in July at Moree and Armidale.
The ‘Police Expo’ will showcase a range of NSW Police Force career pathways including Charles Sturt University, Dog Unit, Local police, Prosecutors and Rural Crime Prevention to name a few.
The Be A Cop In Your Hometown program will be piloted Oxley and New England Police Districts, with activities occurring on the following dates between 10am to 4pm Saturday 6 July at Armidale Showground and 10am to 4pm on Sunday 7 July Moree PCYC.
The initiative hopes to make it easier for individuals to join the NSW Police Force while staying connected with their family, lifestyle and community.
