Bundarra junior bull rider Kassedy Carlon is preparing for the 2026 PBR Australia Can-Am Junior Academy Grand Finals in Tamworth this weekend.
Australia’s best young bull riders will compete for $29,000 in prizemoney and year-end bonuses in what organisers describe as the richest junior bull riding finals in the country.
Kassedy is currently placed 5th on 35 points in the senior section of the competition with Gympie’s Chase Wieland leading the standings on 75 points, just one point ahead of Western Australia’s Hunter Ross, from Boddington, on 74.
The PBR Australia Junior Grand Finals will be held at Australian Equine and Livestock Events Centre in Tamworth this Saturday.
