Group 19 has revealed its season awards following its bumper Grand Final day at Uralla on Sunday
The Inverell Hawks were named the Club Champions for 2026 after getting their three teams to Grand Finals and Kaleb Hope was awarded the A Grade Best & Fairest and Highest Points scorer award while Glen Innes Magpies Tyce McLaren won the awards for the A Grade top Try Scorer and the Rookie of the Year.
In Reserve grade, Inverell’s Jack Horwood was the top try scorer, Guyra’s Anthony Dittman was the Highest point scorer while both Horwood and Dittman were named joint Best and Fairest winners.
In Ladies League Tag, Glen Innes Magpies’ Mary Arrandale won the Best and Fairest and the top try scorer award and also shared the Rookie of the Year award with Inverell’s Tori Jones while Barraba’s Brooke McKinnon claimed the Highest Point Scorer award.
