Final preparations are underway ahead of this Sunday’s Annual Motormania being held at the Pioneer Village by the Sapphire City Motorsports Club in conjunction with Inverell Lions Club Markets.
The day is tipped to be one of the biggest in the event’s history with over 40 market stalls, food vans and more than 200 vehicles coming from towns across the wider New England region.
Speaking on STA FM yesterday, club spokesperson Duane O’Brien says the Sapphire City Motorsports Club has already committed $15,000 to local charities on top of what will be made on Sunday.
The gates to the Pioneer Village open to the public from 7.30am this Sunday for a gold coin donation and STA FM will broadcast from the event.
