New England police are investigating a 3-motorcycle collision which occurred on Guyra Rd Wandsworth near the intersection of Querra Creek Rd on Saturday night.
The collision occurred at around 6pm after one of the 3, travelling in convoy, hit a kangaroo and slowed and turned to collect parts that fell from his bike, leading to him encountering the other 2 riders, subsequently colliding into each other.
2 riders, aged 27 and 30, were transferred to Armidale hospital with non-life-threatening injuries as was a female pillion passenger carried by one of the riders.
The circumstances surrounding the collision are under investigation to determine exactly who was at fault.
