A 29-year-old man has been arrested following a police operation in Dthinna Dthinnawan Nature Reserve off Holdfast Road, Twin Rivers near Texas last week.
It’s alleged the man was involved in a police pursuit and rammed a police vehicle in Yetman on Thursday afternoon.
About 2:30 yesterday, police received information that the wanted man had entered a yard on a property on Holdfast Rd at Yetman and after a search of the location, located the offender and conveyed him to Inverell police station where he was charged with aggravated break and enter and enter dwelling with intent-armed, robbery, stealing a motor vehicle, damage property, police pursuit and driving whilst disqualified.
The man was refused bail and will front Bail Division court this morning.
