The Tingha Tigers have warmed up for finals with a 32-22 victory over the Barraba Bulldogs at Bob ward Oval on Saturday in Group 19 Rugby League weekend results.
Buoyed by their fortunes of getting a finals birth following Guyra’s forfeit to Uralla and the loss of 10 competition points last week, Tingha rallied before a big crowd to outclass the Bulldogs.
In the other game, the Moree Boomerangs registered their second win of the season after they defeated the Warialda Wombats 30-26.
This weekend, which is the final round of the season, will see the minor premiership decided between the Inverell Hawks and the Uralla Tigers with a home major semi-final up for grabs.
