After two weeks off, the Inverell Saints are back at Varley Oval tomorrow when they host the Tamworth Kangaroos in Round 8 of the AFDL Northwest competition.
Men’s Coach Hayden Chappel says they’ve prepared themselves well despite having a fortnight off and are feeling fresh for the match adding they’re excited to have a home game.
Meantime, Women’s Coach Chris Pay feel his team are ready for some payback after the Roo girls smashed the Saints by 57 points in their round 3 clash earlier this season and hopes to turn the tables tomorrow.
Matches kick off at 12 noon.
In the other match tomorrow, the Tamworth Swans host competition leaders the Gunnedah Bulldogs in a top of the table clash.
