4 tries to 3 with the boot of Lion’s Tom Clare proving crucial in the 30-21 win.
Quirindi will now back up this Saturday to face Moree WeeBolla Bulls in the Grand Final.
Quirindi didn’t fare as well in Reserve grade, going down to Pirates 24-15 while in Women’s 10s, Pirates were too good for Gunnedah 31-12
