The Inverell Cricket Association season is only weeks away with only 4 teams competing following the withdrawal of the Renegades.
Campbell and Freebairn, Delungra, Square and Compass and Staggy Creek will feature in the competition which kicks off on Saturday 19th October.
There will be 9 rounds before Christmas and a further 6 weeks into the New Year with a two week finals series in March.
Unfortunately, there will be no Inverell representative team to compete in the Connolly Cup due to lack of interest.
There may be an opportunity to compete in the T-20 War Veterans Cup in 2025 which is an attempt to revive the War Veterans Cup.
